By downloading or using PostureLens ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

PostureLens is a posture monitoring application that uses your device's camera and on-device AI to measure your Craniovertebral Angle (CVA) in real-time. The App is designed to help you become aware of forward head posture.

2. Medical Disclaimer

PostureLens is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The posture measurements and feedback provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If you experience pain, discomfort, or have concerns about your posture or health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional such as a physician, physical therapist, or chiropractor.

3. Accuracy

While PostureLens uses clinically-validated CVA measurement methods, the accuracy of measurements may vary depending on camera angle, lighting conditions, and device capabilities. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional clinical assessment.

4. Subscriptions

• PostureLens offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription.
• Pro subscriptions are available as monthly ($6.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) plans.
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

5. User Responsibilities

• You must grant camera permission for the App to function.
• You are responsible for using the App in a safe environment.
• Do not use the App while driving, walking, or in situations where distraction could be dangerous.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is the property of BD6000 and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BD6000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
